HKA was selected to manage the construction of this design/build project.

HKA was responsible for coordinating the architectural sub-consultant and various support sub-consultants for the preparation of construction bid documents for the renovation of an existing building, construction of a new parking lot and driveway for ambulance services, and modifications to the existing heating and air conditioning system.

The building renovations also included: upgraded lighting, fire sprinklers, office space planning, and separation of male and female sick beds.

In addition to the renovation, HKA also provided construction services, quality control, budget control, and scheduling.
