Philosophy

Our first responsibility is to our customers and the general public who rely on our services and products.

In meeting these challenges, everything we do must be of sound engineering, high quality, safe design, while meeting a wide variety and balance of needs. We must always remember to treat our customers as we would want to be treated with open communication, honesty, professionalism, and proactive problem-solving.

As our greatest asset, we must be responsible to our employees, those men and women who have made HKA what it is today. Our employees must have a sense of security in their jobs and must be treated as individuals with individual needs. We must constantly strive to keep up with changing technology and regulations while at the same time investing in our employee’s knowledge and education to meet these challenges. Employees must feel free to make suggestions and complaints. It is only through employee input that HKA can continuously evolve; always striving to be better.

We must be responsible to our communities in which we live and work and to the world at large. We must be good citizens that support good work. We must be a part of the solution helping to better communities.
