HKA provided the ALTA and topographic surveys of a city block of land for a federal courthouse in downtown Los Angles.

HKA staff coordinated with GSA staff, City agencies (including police) and utilities to obtain documents and complete the surveying of this site.

The property included approximately 36 properties that had to be researched and documented for the completion of the ALTA. The site was covered with buildings, some of which extended over the existing property lines and utility lines.

HKA staff also coordinated with utility companies to prepare for the sealing of an abandoned utility tunnel that remained on site.
