Patton State Hospital

San Bernardino, CA

The Department of State Hospitals in Patton proposed a new central kitchen building at the Patton State Hospital in the County of San Bernardino. HKA was contracted to provide construction administration for the construction of the planting and irrigation system.

HKA services included:

  • Reviewing the Contractor’s submittals regarding materials and testing results in compliance with plans and specifications

  • Responding RFI in timely manner

  • Attending Pre-construction meeting

  • Inspecting soil testing, reviewing finished grade site, monitoring plant materials and plant layout, and attend pressure test

  • Preparing punch list at the end of the construction
